We aim to deliver goods ordered within 30 days unless otherwise stated and agreed. It is possible for large items to take longer than 30 days but we will inform you of this. If there is a delay with the delivery of goods beyond the agreed period we will inform you of this: if the delay exceeds 14 days beyond the agreed delivery date we will allow you to cancel the contract and be reimbursed.

If the product is no longer available you will be given the option of a full refund or an alternative product.
