Right of withdrawal

When consumers purchase goods via way of a distance sale (online, telephone, catalogue etc.) they are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period in which to change their mind and cancel the contract. The goods do not need to be faulty, simply that you the consumer, no longer want the goods will suffice.

The 14 day cooling off period begins from the day after the goods are delivered. If you the consumer exercise your right to the 14 day cooling off period, we will reimburse you in full within 14 days.

If you the consumer, change your mind and cancel within the 14 day cooling off period you must notify us in writing.

You the consumer, unless otherwise agreed with ourselves, will be required to pay for the return of the goods if you have cancelled the contract; however if we have failed to inform you about this at the time of purchase, you will not be expected to bear this cost. Additionally, you will not be charged for a return delivery if goods arrive damaged or faulty.

There are some goods which are exempt from this 14 day cooling off period. Any goods that are made to the your specifications or are clearly personalised are exempt.

Once goods have been returned to us, we will issue a refund within 30 days.

Any items returned need to be in original condition. it is your responsibility to insure that there is no loss or damage to the goods.   

Goods that are made to order or have been assembled, if they were delivered flat packed, are exempt from this 14 day cooling off period. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that on items that are made-to-order We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the order value; should you wish to cancel the order for any reason after the goods have been manufactured.
