TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
Right to Cancel
When consumers purchase goods via way of a distance sale (online, telephone, catalogue etc.) they are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period in which to change their mind and cancel the contract. The goods do not need to be faulty, simply that you the consumer, no longer want the goods will suffice.
The 14 day cooling off period begins from the day after the goods are delivered. If you the consumer exercise your right tothe 14 day cooling off period, we will reimburse you in full within 14 days.
If you the consumer, change your mind and cancel within the 14 day cooling off period you must notify us in writing.
You the consumer, unless otherwise agreed with ourselves, will be required to pay for the return of the goods if you have cancelled the contract; however if we have failed to inform you about this at the time of purchase, you will not be expected to bear this cost. Additionally, you will not be charged for a return delivery if goods arrive damaged or faulty.
There are some goods which are exempt from this 14 day cooling off period. Any goods that are made to the your specifications or are clearly personalised are exempt.
Once goods have been returned to us, we will issue a refund within 30 days.
Any items returned need to be in original condition and in the original packaging. It is your responsibility to insure that there is no loss or damage to the goods.
Goods that are made to order or have been assembled, if they were delivered flat packed, are exempt from this 14 day cooling off period. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that on items that are made-to-order we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the order value; should you wish to cancel the order for any reason after the goods have been manufactured.
Faults & Damage
It is your duty to inspect the items for damage on delivery. If the goods are not as described or not fit for purpose please contact us within 30 days for a refund, or replacement.
Delivery
Goods ordered will be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise stated and agreed. It is possible for large items to take longer than 30 days but we will inform you of this. If there is a delay with the delivery of goods beyond the agreed period we will inform you of this: if the delay exceeds 14 days beyond the agreed delivery date we will allow you to cancel the contract and be reimbursed.
If the product is no longer available you will be given the option of a full refund or an alternative.
Lead Times
A lead time is the time it takes for a company to manufacturer and deliver your items to our warehouse. This is NOT a delivery time to the customer and should not be treated as such. Lead times are approximate, but are stated using the most common delivery timescales from previous orders. During certain busy periods lead times may be extended (Easter, Christmas, etc).
Product Information & Pricing
We reserve the right to cancel any order which has been mis-priced. We try to ensure that all information in our products is as accurate as possible, however sometimes there may be mistakes. Information on items is provided by the manufacturer and as such as we will not be held accountable for incorrect dimensions or other attributes. You should acknowledge that finishes & fabrics provided are to be used as a guide only and may differ from the final product.
